Calendar Quick View puts this month in the menu bar and todays events and reminders at the forefront.
- Click the icon and the month opens beside whatever you are doing.
- Days with plans show a color dot for each calendar.
- Select a day to read its events and reminders, or move forward and back for a glance at the months ahead.
- Pin the panel when you want it to stay open and on top.
Add something without leaving that day. Create an event or a reminder with a title and a time, using the date you already selected.
Events and reminders come from the calendars on your Mac, including iCloud, Google, Outlook, and any other account Calendar supports. Search by title and date. Multiple time zones are supported, and the app follows light and dark mode.
Shape it to match how you work:
• Choose the menu bar icon
• Hide the Dock icon
• Set a global shortcut to open and close the calendar
• Pick which event and reminder calendars appear
• Adjust colors, theme, and menu bar style
The Dock icon, the colors, and the shortcut are all optional. Open the month, check the day, and get back to work.
