As a member, you can view and share your full MedicAlert digital medical record. Designed to support your medical ID and discussions at medical appointments. The MedicAlert App allows you to view and share your full MedicAlert digital medical record, including medical conditions, medications, allergies, implants, emergency contacts, NHS number and hospital details, all in one place. MedicAlert UK is a membership service with an annual subscription. We save lives by retaining members’ vital medical information, and providing these crucial details in an emergency to healthcare and emergency professionals. This provides peace of mind to MedicAlert members, allowing them to remain active and maintain their physical and mental health. The app is designed to support your medical ID jewellery, which should be worn at all times, and is suitable for use at medical appointments where a reminder of your full medical record can support discussions. The information is downloadable in PDF format, which can then be shared via email or messaging apps, as necessary. The App allows to you quickly and easily view: Personal details Full MedicAlert digital medical record 1 x Emergency contact 1 x Doctor 1 x Hospital You can access both the MedicAlert member services or the MedicAlert emergency helpline via the app. As a MedicAlert member you can log in to this App at any time from your phone and view your vital medical information. The data available on the App is the same as that shown on your physical Wallet Card with no space limitations. This App is view only. You will need to access the MedicAlert website to manage your account, your medical record or make purchases. Our website can be easily accessed from the App. Changes made to your details in your main record will be automatically updated in the App.
