I'm a bit disappointed because I enjoy this game a lot but some aspects of it feel like a cash grab and that irritates me. Obviously yes you need money to make the game good, but I strongly feel that if you spend the $5 to get the vip pass you should have access to the vip pass for future puff puff pass events. If thats not do able I feel like a one time purchase of $10 would work, $15 at maximum. Watching the ads already gains enough revenue for you guys, and that is a good aspect of the game because I love that when I need it I can use the infinite lives and grind for an hour. Please take what I have said into serious thought, there are many puff puff pass events and you dont need to be greedy... thank you, have a nice day.

I’ve emailed more than once on their “support” site. I tried to send a review a while ago and nothing. So here I go again. I was almost at level 550 … I clicked that button that says save progress and it took me back to under 200. I lost 2 sections. One for coin collection and one for the cash. I lost things I won during events like the chick tripping, the old guy was a newer one, the vw bug. Now I have none of it and I’ve spent my hard earned money on coins numerous times to keep playing. I’m getting angry about being ignored when I email support. Give me my levels back and prizes I’ve earned. This is ridiculous. There has to be a way for your system to know where I really was and what I won. I’m getting everyone I got to start playing it to stop before they get the same treatment. I see reading comments I’m not the only one that has spent money and got this kind of crap in return. Which is nothing and ignored. I’d rate this game a 5 star if it didn’t do that. I never play these things and I couldn’t stop until 4 or 5 days ago and now I’m just getting more upset by it. My relaxing time has turned into more frustration because they don’t pay attention to the emails they receive.

This game is 5 stars in my opinion. But if I could I’d give it zero. There have been a number of times now where I’ve been in the middle of the game, playing. I got 2 moves in and it loaded back to the home screen and took a life away, when I didn’t even get to play for the full moves! AND when I cleared the last area to move onto the next, I got a chest, but when I went to move onto the next area which is the garage that I’m currently on, I didn’t get the chest due to it re-loading the game all over again! I’m highly upset because I’m quite far in the game. This is the only match three game that I play and it’s very upsetting, for reasons like this I really am tempted to uninstall and find something better. It saddens me because there is no way to dispute these things in the app, and I doubt the creators keep track of it to see that I’m not lying, I also really doubt they will respond to this either. I’m very upset! I’ve turned a couple of my friends onto this game and I will not be recommending it anymore. I will continue to attempt playing, but if this happens again, as somebody who has invested at least $30 into this game, I will be uninstalling it. Not okay creators!!

I downloaded this game because I really liked the Idle game. The aesthetic is great, and I love the little jokes and references here and there. It was an easy choice to check this one out and I really do enjoy playing it, despite it being yet another match-game clone.That last part is where the issue lies. As I’ve played other match games, I am used to the super hard level variants and power ups. What I don’t love is the coin cost for doing anything puzzle-related and the consequences for not spending coins. You have a streak? Too bad, you’re going to lose it with this virtually impossible level… unless you spend coins, of course. The balance issue has to do with how MUCH you have to spend on everything, especially when the rate at which you gain coins is painfully slow. Other match games seem to balance the game-economy much better than this one.Honestly, I’ve never had an issue with spending real money on games, but this game might as well replace “super hard” on their level titles with “you must spend real money to proceed”. Fortunately this is an easy fix: research, analyze, and adjust the in-game economy to match similar titles.I implore anyone wishing to give this game a try to go ahead! It’s solid. But with just some minor adjustments, it could be an iceberg in a sea of match-game ice cubes.
