Food Cost Italia is a simple food cost calculator for restaurant owners, chefs, pizzerias, bars, cafes, caterers and home cooks. Add your ingredients, build your recipes and instantly see how much each dish costs you and how much you should charge for it.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Calculate food cost: enter the price and package size of each ingredient and the quantity you use. The app does the math.
- See your food cost percentage: check at a glance how each dish compares with your target (for example 25%).
- Get a suggested selling price: the app advises a minimum price to reach your target food cost, with VAT included.
- Build your own menu: save every recipe with its cost and selling price and keep your whole menu in one place.
- Use your Pantry: save the products you use most, with their price and package size, then pick them when you add an ingredient.
- Edit in seconds: tap a product to update its price, swipe a dish or ingredient to delete it.
