I’ve purchased 24 he text reading and waited patiently to receive my readings, both psychics never provided me a reading, my money was refunded back to the web account only and I did receive an additional $4 credit, however when a service is offered and a customer wait 24 hrs to receive the service and nothing is received a credit up to $5 does not justify this. The site should offer atleast a 50% discount off of next reading to compensate us for wasting our time. The app is not user friendly, a few healers told me I can purchase premium services that are offered by them by viewing their profile but there are no links whatsoever. No phone number for customer service and they take 1 day just to respond. I was not satisfied with a few Psyhics on this app (Tara, Kimberly, Msytic Hira, and Intuitive Michele) all my reading from them were horrible and general and did not resonate. However I did receive good readings from Sofiel and Neve whom provided great details and in depth readings.

i’ve been using the Healer app for a while now and all of the advisors on the app are very accurate but I never truly connect with them until I came across advisor melissa she is honest sweet gives great detail very accurate detailed well written, honest advice. I love the fact that she does not sugarcoat anything but she’s very compassionate at the same time. if you are looking for help and results, I recommend melissa. I was very skeptical when she offered me a meditation session for removing blockages when I tell you, I truly saw results and I am glad I made the choice to take a leap of faith and have melissa as my advisor
