Two orders in a row now, the actual delivery time ended up being more than twice as long as what the app said it would be when I placed the order. Both times, it sat in "order being picked" for more than 90 minutes, when total order time stated in the app prior to ordering as under 40 minutes. When called customer support, they again lied and said it was the Uber driver … Ubers take max five minutes in Grey Lynn, and the app clearly states it’s “order being picked”…I'll be going back to Uber Eats (or getting off my behind to go get it myself).

After small hiccup, worked well a couple times and then fell apart with failed payment authorizations with solution being to wait 24hrs over and over again. Can’t rely on service.
