I used this for the Mezquita-Catedral in Cordoba. First, I had trouble signing in. The email and password must be entered in Spanish, even though it sent it to me in English. Not a big deal but it did not mention this anywhere. The App itself is pretty clunky. It gives no direction on where to go to see the things it is explaining and the explanations are very short. The worst part though is that it requires cell service which is very poor inside the building, and I imagine even worse when there are a lot of people inside straining the network. This caused it to lag, stop and sometimes completely not work. They should have just loaded all the info into the App. Don’t waste your time or money on this trash.

I bought the tickets for Royal Palace of Madrid. Their website looks like official but it is not. The official price was 16€ with audioguide where the device will be provided with you, but I paid 35€ and I have to install this app to get the audio guide and consume my internet and power. For the worse quality and service, I paid more than double. I also later noticed that official website had more time slots. I noticed that this company is not official after I received the email. And the email says I cannot cancel. Nightmare. I wish I could give one star.

I made the mistake of purchasing my audio guided tour of the Alhambra through this company and it was a total nightmare. Not only do they charge DOUBLE for their guide, which is offered free at the Alhambra, but the app glitches out constantly and hardly works.In addition, they sent me over 10 emails in 24 hours which was wildly confusing when trying to figure out where my actual ticket was. When I tried to find their physical location, it was incorrect. Every map I used showed a different location. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful.I will never use again

No one stopped to consider the most basic elements of a tour experience when designing this app. If you navigate away from the app, the audio stops. If you lock your phone screen to put your phone in your pocket, the audio stops. If you hold your phone but don’t poke it every few seconds, your phone may lock, causing the audio to stop. The play button doesn’t work, so whenever the audio stops it must be restarted from the beginning.Unusable garbage.
