literally a musician’s best friend

Stemz is a fantastic app for music lovers, especially those who enjoy learning, practicing, and creating. One of its standout features is its ability to isolate different elements of a song, such as vocals, drums, bass, and other instruments, making it super useful for musicians who want to focus on specific parts. Whether you’re a singer trying to practice harmonies, a guitarist learning riffs, or a producer remixing tracks, Stemz gives you a clear and customizable experience. The interface is sleek and user-friendly, making it easy to upload songs and start separating stems right away. The audio quality is impressive, and the app processes tracks quickly without compromising clarity. Plus, the built-in playback controls such as tempo adjustment and pitch shifting are great tools for practicing at your own pace. One minor downside is that some features require a premium subscription, but considering the app’s capabilities, it’s well worth it for serious musicians. Overall, Stemz is a game-changer for anyone who wants to dive deeper into their favorite music or enhance their practice sessions. Highly recommended!

Ok, it’s not free but you can try it for free. Once you try it you can decide if it’s worth the money to you. I am still deciding that for myself having just installed the app. What I can say however is that it works extremely well and you aren’t getting a cheap product so if this is an app that interests you I highly recommend downloading the app to try out the free trial because you won’t be disappointed with the quality. This is light years better than any free options out there like audacity and it’s presets lol.

Works fine when it works, but otherwise-

The app works as it should maybe 50% of the time in my experience. It's pretty consistent following each new update, but then has a tendency to crash upon opening once or twice, then on third attempt I can use it. Biggest issue I've encountered is it will crash down while booting up, then corrupt all other functions of my device for a few minutes. Not the end of the world, but I'd say still completely unacceptable that this app causes my entire phone to seize up and not work at all for 3 minutes. It's a shame, because it's a convenient tool when it's operating correctly, but maybe this doesn't happen for everyone. I guess Moises for the same amount of $ per year is the alternative I'll be taking.

I used to love this app. It was fun getting to screen Record in audio or video clip. I wanted and mess with the keys to hear how they would sound. But now it’s a lot more stressful. It only took for the video to be compressed for to be ready for me to listen to the audio and mess around with it. Now there’s a whole procedure that takes forever. That says uploading processing and downloading. And if that’s not bad enough, it takes forever sometimes. And if I leave the app or my phone turns off, it says upload cannot be completed and one if finally does finish it, sometimes gives me errors of saying it cannot play the audio due to copyright reasons. Except I’ve done it multiple times in the past, and never once had an issue with it. I loved this app, but not no more. The app has become way more frustrating to use
