여행자 세관신고 앱을 이용하면 다음과 같은 편리함과 자진신고시 관세감면(최대 20만원) 혜택을 누릴 수 있습니다. 주요기능: 1. 신고서 작성 시 내 정보 자동 입력 - 매번 신고서를 작성할 때마다 헷갈리는 여권번호 때문에 주머니를 뒤적거리던 경험, 이젠 과거의 추억으로 남겨두세요. - 여권 촬영을 통해 자동으로 인식된 기본 개인정보를 최초 1회만 저장해두면, 이후 작성하는 모든 신고서에 내 정보가 자동으로 반영됩니다. 2. 오프라인에서 신고서 작성 및 저장 - 비행기에서 입국 직전에 급하게 작성하던 신고서, 이제는 언제 어디서든 내가 편할 때 여유롭게 작성할 수 있습니다. - 한/영/중/일 4개 언어로 된 신고서와 안내사항을 언제나 확인할 수 있으며, 오프라인에서 미리 작성한 신고서를 공항 도착 후에 간편하게 등록할 수 있습니다. 3. 신고 물품에 대한 예상세액 계산 및 조회 - 내가 사온 물건에 세금이 얼마나 부과될지 궁금하다고요? 복잡한 법령과 규칙을 뒤져 볼 필요가 없습니다. - 품목별 세율과 면세 규정, 관세감면(최대 15만원) 등 다양한 규정이 반영된 알고리즘을 통해 예상세액을 계산하여 알려줍니다. QR코드 One-Touch로 신속한 세관 심사대 통과 - 세관 검사대 앞 끝나지 않는 기다림은 이제 안녕! 모바일 전용 심사대에 QR코드만 인식하면 빠른 통과가 가능합니다. - 앱을 통해 휴대품을 성실하게 신고한 여행자는 원칙적으로 현품 확인 없이 세관 심사를 통과, 사후 통지되는 세액만 납부하면 됩니다(단, 일부 무작위 선별 후 현품검사).

That name trick might work for some….

The app definitely was designed poorly, I have a K-ETA I have my Q-Code just in case, I wanted to do this also so my journey into Korea for the first time would be as smooth as possible but, this app doesn’t work. Same issue with everyone else, followed the directions of other travelers but no it doesn’t work, it worked for you two, but for the vast majority of other travelers it seems, not to working. I also have two middle names so I think that’s messing it up.

The app definitely was designed poorly, I have a K-ETA I have my Q-Code just in case, I wanted to do this also so my journey into Korea for the first time would be as smooth as possible but, this app doesn’t work. I couldn’t save my passport number because it keeps saying that I don’t have a valid passport number. Apparently, this app is not for visitors. If so, the airline shouldn’t have mentioned to the travelers about this app. I even submitted a photo of my passport, and the app still showed a bunch of issues with my name, date of birth, passport number, and mobile number. If this app is not for foreigners, it should have said so from the beginning instead of wasting my time.

I couldn’t save my passport number because it keeps saying that I don’t have a valid passport number. Apparently, this app is not for visitors. If so, the airline shouldn’t have mentioned to the travelers about this app. I even submitted a photo of my passport, and the app still showed a bunch of issues with my name, date of birth, passport number, and mobile number. It’s very frustrating to use this app. Although I put all personal information using a photo of passport, it does not work at all. Due to error messages like Wrong name ( not sure which order is right. I tried first, last name and last, first name, but neither works), wrong passport number (no way!), I can’t move to the next step. I doubt if international traveler can use this app.

App works perfectly fine. You just have to make sure you enter your full name in the order of: Last name, First name, Middle name. I had issues initially too on the app and website, and this did the trick. Hope this helps! 외국인들을 위해서 이름순서를 알려주시면 더 쉽게 사용할수있을듯 합니다.
