Love the functionality of this software. Paid subscription fee but the software clips out of a viewing session several times a day. This is on a brand new Apple Tv problematic I can’t explain. One thing needed is to disable screen saver as it allows them to impose into the image while watching. Would definitely give 5 stars otherwise.Update; I need to thank the dev team as it seems they’ve been working hard on the issues. I haven’t turned the screen saver on yet but the clipping seems corrected. A request would be a form of operational directions. But definitely thanks for your work! Upgrade my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

This works really well on my Mac, but I just paid for the subscription for all devices and I can’t get it to work on my iPhone no matter what I try. Hopefully, Dave reaches out to me and fixes the issue

No rewind or forward in the player. App crashes constantly.

That is so bizarre there is no rewind or forward in the player watching series. Also the app crashes after ever 2 minutes playing a video. No player in EPG TV guide mode. The pink and purple background color is not appealing. A dark mode would be more acceptable. Epg takes quite a while to upload. Also you cannot offset the time on epg as the time and the show don’t add up. Moving the TvGuide clock to match the programming would be a nice addition in an update. The dev people don’t answer to questions or queries so THERE IS BO CUSTOMER SERVICE PRESENT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I’ve had this app for almost two years to play my IPTV. It has gotten worse and worse. It now randomly logs me off at least two-three times a day. And about 50% of the time , it won’t download my content. It just spins and spins with the word “loading” on the screen. I know it is this app because I’ve downloaded other apps to use and they work fine. DO NOT BOTHER paying for this. The developers have not updated it in quite a while and will not bother fixing the issues. Once my subscription ends, I won’t renew.
