Upward lets you build healthy habits like meditation or journaling with a partner for 21 days. With Upward, you can track your daily habits, build streaks, and complete your habits with a partner to support you. You'll receive notifications to remind you of your habit and when your partner completes their habit for the day. This way you can support each other and compete to stay consistent. FEATURES Habit Tracking Choose from a list of popular healthy habits like journaling, drinking more water, or exercising, and get started building your streak. On your dashboard, you'll be able to see your progress for the day, your streaks, and view your habit history on specific dates. Accountability Partners Habits are easier to build with a partner to support you. That's why Upward lets you request a partner who is working on the same habit you are. For 21 days you'll be able to chat with your partner, see their status and streak for the day, and support each other in staying consistent.
