I am recording videos on my phone and I just needed to screen mirror to my mac without it taking up the entire screen so I can see my notes and script. When using the iphone 14 pro max and trying to record in 4k, it does lag a little. So I dont use it while Im recording, but it's enough to get set up and just make sure everything is going good.
