Love the app. I think there should be a few updates…

Love using dub. I think it’s fairly intuitive. Somethings I would like to see would be a more realtime, up to date main graph. As of right now, daily and weekly versions of the line graph of my portfolio seems to drag (takes it time getting up to date). Next, when the market opens the daily changes for each individual portfolio takes about 30-45 minutes to show any changes. Finally, when I first started using the app I added in a marginal amount of money compared to what I have now in my portfolio, to test it out. When I added in more money the All time percent change became inaccurate. For example I put 1K in initially, it grew to 1100, then I added in 13k and it grew to 15k. Its say there was a 25% increase in my portfolio but $1100 is only about 7%. I love using the app, only reason I am leaving this review is so my UX can become better. Thank you.

We are aiming for a 5-minute or less refresh rate across the app and a better experience at the start of the day. In terms of the performance data, we would love to do a deep dive into your account. before I download and use this app to as you put it copy trading either Wall Street executives or Congress people of the money that I make how much of that is going right back to you in the form of fees am I even gonna be making a profit or is it all going towards fees? This is a serious question not trying to troll. I just wanna understand if I put $100 steak on a stock for simplicity and it grows by 100% to 200 bucks so technically I should make $100 but after fees is that hundred dollars gonna dwindle down to 30 bucks that I make after all your fees and your cost of doing business or anything like that I really need an answer to this before I fully commit to you, downloading and using this app as my primary app when it comes to trading, especially because I am just starting to get into this not day-to-day trader but just trading in general so if you can, please answer my question it would be much appreciated thank you for your time. Thank you for this app and just please explain the fee structure again. Appreciate your time thank you.

Thanks for the question! So at a high level, the app mainly runs on subscriptions. We use subscriptions as a simple way to provide transparency to the cost of investing with our app. The only other fees that may be charged on our app consist of regulatory-mandated fees (TAF and SEC fees), which are standard across all brokerages when you sell assets, paper statement fees if you fail to provide a valid email (we are e-delivery first), and ACH return fees (if on a rare occasion, you make a deposit that is rejected by your bank due to situations such as an overdraft of your account). Great support and huge potential

I was super excited to see an app like this as I have always wanted to be able to copy politicians trades. When I got the account I put a 500 in and eventually my account was slowly draining even though it said I was net positive. I contact their support team and they let me know that I had entered my email incorrectly and that I was being charged for the mailed trade confirmations and account statements. They were quick to respond and resolved the issue by taking care of the mailing fees and adding some cash to my account to even out the negative buying power I had. I think this app has a great support team and I hope this app goes far in the future by listening to the comments from its users

We also know the Search Bar hasn’t been the best, so we’ve completely redesigned it from the backend on up; now it should be significantly faster and we’ve also included some pre-set popular searches to speed up your experience.
