Doesn't xfer voicemail and texts

Does not transfer my voicemail and text messages, which is the only reason I got this app. Of course I discovered this after paying for a subscription, because the free view version doesn't allow you to listen to any of the files before paying. Useless to me except for photo transfer, which I already did for free via wifi. If there is a way to transfer the voicemail and texts, not just visual voicemail, which I don't use, I'd like to hear it. Otherwise, disappointed in this app and annoyed that I had to pay to be disappointed.

I will have to say some times there are issues with the app freezing up and or not being able to transfer photos/videos but i cant pin point if it is my phone, computer, or the app. Overall it has been successful in helping me keep back ups on my computer and i will continue to use it. i think it is hard to have ZERO issues with technology because like with everything else .. tis a work in progress.

Works great! To see the files and repeatedly click the “Download Now” button while nothing happens… trying to fix it for an hour before I get the pop up. I want my hour back and my hope. I should have read the fine print. I miss windows already. Good free apps.

Cheap, pathetic, sad
Dumb and annoying
Inch by inch they take everything from you whenever they can. They force us to depend on their tech and then up all the prices and subscriptions as the jobs are cut because the tech replaces us. Not a normal price for a normal product. Not $2 or $5 or $7, no, either a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION or a "LIFETIME PURCHASE". Like surge pricing or disaster charging, it's not the vaule of the app it's that you NEED IT! If it was air they'd charge you to breath. I fully support indie software making their money and succeeding, but this isn't a zero sum game and you don't need to drain the corpse dry in order to survive. Just pathetic.
