Дополнительно с помощью мобильного приложения «ЦОН» гражданин может забронировать свое посещение Центра обслуживания населения и моментально получить талон электронной очереди, отсканировав QR-код. Для удобства граждан в мобильном приложении реализована функция поиска ближайшего Центра обслуживания населения согласно местонахождению клиента, собраны ответы на часто задаваемые вопросы в разделе «Гид», предоставлены ссылки на официальные аккаунты Госкорпорации в социальных сетях и опубликованы новости Госкорпорации.
