I love everything about Cloaked! It’s truly remarkable, and I wish I had it as soon as I had my first cell phone and email address. I can now sign up for everything I want without being scared of spam calls and annoying emails, as I can easily delete the email and phone number I shared with them. Voila, I don’t have to worry about spam calls from them for the rest of my phone number/email ’s life! Also, I get to know which company sold my information to spammers! So it keeps my info private, keeps me in control, and keeps everything simple and easy! On top of everything, it was super easy to incorporate into my life as I didn’t really need to learn anything new. It integrates directly with my phone number and email so that my calls, texts, and emails continue to look the same as usual, and it helps keep all my emails and passwords safe and handy! This is is a new app, so of course, there are minor issues here and there. So far, all of mine were resolved easily and the best part is that their team is incredible! They actually listen to your feedback and do their best to incorporate it in future updates! Thank you to all involved in creating this extremely helpful tool!

Once I loaded the app, instead of filtering the calls, which is what it was set to do, it glitched, according to Cloaked and has blocked all incoming and outgoing calls. And unfortunately, that includes me trying to make a 911 emergency call. When I called the police department instead of them picking up, I got a message that said that they do not receive numbers that have been blocked or hidden. I presently have an active stalker who at this minute is in jail and about to be released on bond and will be very angry. And this app on my phone, which I have already gone through the process via their chat assistance to remove its functioning off of my phone, so there would no longer block the calls and have tried numerous times and it is not removing it, and I still cannot make an emergency phone call. Presently it has my life in danger and the best it could do was take my information and let me know that on the next available workday after 9 AM somebody would contact me by email. This is completely unacceptable and I am fearful for anyone who downloads the app to their phone and is unaware until they are in a dire situation and try to get a hold of the police department and find out that their 911 calls will not go through. The lack of human customer service available 24 hours for an app that is supposed to be protecting your security, but is yet putting your life in danger is completely unacceptable.

I got this after dealing with identity theft from a family member who knows my sensitive information and is a hacker. I find it very confusing. I submitted a ticket to get an identity phone number esim and didn’t receive anything back. Had to submit another ticket and still haven’t heard anything. After making 2 identities, it keeps giving me an error message for making another one. I submitted another ticket and got an email from AI Kitt, who didn’t help so I requested a human. It said it could take 24 hours to hear back (which hasn’t passed yet, which is fine) but tried deleting the app and reinstalling and now I can’t even login. If support gets back to me, I’ll change my review but I’m canceling after all this. Customer support did get back to me within said 24 hours, they were very helpful and turns out it was due to my vpn. However, I figured that last night and turned it off and tried everything and it still didn’t work but after doing it today, it worked no problem. I’m still new to the app and still confused about things but trying to learn. I will say their customer support got back in a timely manner and responded to my replies quickly so great customer support once you get to a human!

I would like to share my positive experience with this application! I absolutely love it — it’s by far the best app for managing usernames, passwords, one-time passcodes, phone numbers, and more. One of its standout features is the ability to generate any of these credentials with ease. This functionality is incredibly convenient, especially when I need to update my phone number with a carrier. It eliminates the need to contact customer service or go through the hassle of manually changing the number.The app is truly exceptional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that the auto-generation features for email addresses and phone numbers remain consistently functional without errors. I would love for these tools to work reliably every time, not just on a one-time basis.Overall, this app is outstanding, and I appreciate the thoughtful design and functionality.
