After Synology Download Station was banned in app store, I was on the hunt for a solid replacement—and that’s when I discovered NAS Download Manager (NDM). Honestly, it’s been a fantastic substitute. The interface is clean, responsive, and easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with my NAS. I especially appreciate the support for multiple download protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and BitTorrent. It handles large files efficiently. Overall, NAS Download Manager has filled the gap left by Synology Download Station—and then some. If you’re looking for a reliable, user-friendly download manager for your NAS, this is a great choice.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! 🙏
Awesome For Torrenting!
DesuVR
The app is so convenient to add torrents and monitor their progress. But two things I'd like to see; an official iPad version and the option to select and add multiple torrents to the task list all at once. The latter can be part of the sponsored version if need be.

Hello! Thank you for your rating, feedback, and suggestions! We have considered creating a native iPad app, but it’s not our priority at the moment. We still have a few features to implement, such as RSS, interactive widgets and a couple of other interesting ones. Developing an iPad app, especially one that goes beyond just scaling the iPhone interface to fit the iPad screen, would require significant time and depends on financial support from users. However, it seems that the free version meets the needs of most users, so we don’t have a specific timeline for when an iPad version might be available.Regarding starting of multiple downloads at once - you can add a text file with up to 50 URL's in it as a file. Each URL needs to be on a new line. Just start download with opening this file (File Selection option should be disabled). Starting from version 2.5.0 you can share this file to NAS Download Manager app directly from the Files app. P.S. In version 2.12 of the app we have updated the interface for iPad.

Great for Plex on the Go
Ryanrgtgtttt
It works as advertise. If only there was an easy way to find torrents on the phone without so many pop ups.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! 😊 Just a heads-up – there’s an option to add a search module to your Download Station, which lets you search directly from the app.
We’ve added the ability to open the task properties editor directly from the context menu on the main screen.
We also fixed the Hungarian localization and added the Turkish language support.
A quick reminder: recently, due to Apple’s requirements, the app name was changed.
Please help us maintain visibility in the App Store – share the app link with friends or in relevant community chats!
Thank you for your support!
