I’d like to like this app but I can’t use it. I paid for full access to create area measurements but the app won’t register that it’s been paid for so it just keeps trying to make me pay again. Only 6.99 but still a hassle

Payed the fee for the one time unlock, but it didn’t work. It’s still locking the features and asking me to pay again.The app support links to a Facebook page, but since I don’t have a Facebook I can’t communicate there.
