This app may be useful for straightforward appraisals, but I strongly recommend users avoid sharing details about resale disputes, as it might lead to unwanted complications.The app’s functionality could be improved by ensuring appraisers stay within their role and focus strictly on authentication. Until then, I cannot recommend it for situations involving disputes or resale.
