I’ve been doing Betty’s previous programs for almost a year and I’ve lost almost 35 pounds working out only from home!! I love the fact that she now has an app because it’s so much easier and convenient. Also her customer support has always been good but now in the app it’s beyond good because you can literally just send a chat form the app and someone responds almost instantly. This makes me feel like they truly want to help me!!! I got the yearly plan because it’s so much affordable, only $5 a month when paid yearly. Get the app and stay consistent you won’t regret it!

Betty’s my girl! I’ve been doing her workouts for about 6 months, really putting it all in it. Her workouts are insane! They leave you literally shaking on the floor. Aside from this she’s an amazing person, has always been there to resolve any concerns or questions. She actually offers meal plans unlike other apps that only give you the exercise but you’re on your own with everything else. App was SOOO worth the wait.
