TASCAM Sonicview Control is a dedicated app for Sonicview products that allows for flexible control via iPadOS tablets remotely.

Just connect a WiFi router to the Sonicview’s Ethernet port and use free TASCAM Sonicview Control software for iPadOS to manage your Sonicview from virtually anywhere in the venue.

- When CH modules were stereo-linked, the analog gain for the R channel would sometimes either not be displayed or show an incorrect value. This has been fixed.
- Immediately after connecting to the Sonicview unit, a Mute Group whose name had been changed would be displayed with its default name. This has been fixed.
- The snapshot lock settings made on the Sonicview unit would not be correctly reflected in this app. This has been fixed.

- A function to hide error/alert messages at the top of the screen has been added.
Minimize/Hide can be selected by tapping the left end of the message display area.

- In the ST IN1/2 module, the R channel assignment for INPUT A would not be applied correctly. This has been fixed.
- Assigning 25 or more modules to a DCA would cause the application to crash. This has been fixed.

Maintenance items
- When the RTA function on the GEQ Screen was turned on, the RTA bar meters would not be displayed at the bottom of the MODULE (GEQ) Screen. This has been fixed.
- When “INPUT B” was selected as the input source for the ST IN1-2 modules, the input source on the Home Screen would sometimes not be correctly displayed. This has been fixed.

- When this app was newly installed on iPadOS 18, the Sonicview unit would sometimes not be detected because device search on the local network was turned off. This has been fixed so that a pop-up asking for permission to detect devices will now be displayed.
- On the Sonicview Control app HOME screen, the values shown in the ANALOG GAIN input fields for the SB-16D connected to the Sonicview unit would sometimes differ from the actual setting values. This has been fixed.

- On the Dante SETUP I/O Device tab, when mounting an SB-16D unit as the 3rd or later Mounted Device,
the port name on the IF-DA64 inserted in SLOT1/2 would change to SB-16D. This has been fixed.

Maintenance items
- Analog Gain, Pad and HPF could not be copied with the Copy Module. This has been fixed.
- Analog Gain, Pad and HPF could not be stored or recalled with the Library Module Input of the Module Library. This has been fixed.
- When “INPUT/OSC PARAMETERS” had been checked on the PARAMETER SAFE page of the SNAPSHOT RECALL SAFE screen, Recall Safe was also enabled for Insert On/Off and Insert Point. This has been fixed.
Now that the function is fixed, checking “Insert Routing” will enable Recall Safe for these.
- When “EFFECT SETTINGS” had been checked on the PARAMETER SAFE page of the SNAPSHOT RECALL SAFE screen, Recall Safe was also enabled for parameters related to Gate/Expander/De-Esser, Comp/Ducker, and Delay. This has been fixed.
Now that the function is fixed, checking “Other Module Parameters” will enable Recall Safe for these.
- When“INPUT ROUTING / CH STEREO LINK / SEND PARAMETERS” had been checked on the PARAMETER SAFE page of the SNAPSHOT RECALL SAFE screen, Recall Safe for PAN/BAL was also enabled. This has been fixed.
Now that the function is fixed, checking “ Other Module Parameters” will enable Recall Safe for these.
