General performance improvements
Our application provides a call center feature where calls are handled using a FIFO queue system. When a user initiates an outgoing call, the call is placed in a queue while waiting for an available agent to accept it.
During this waiting period, the application briefly plays a ringing sound to inform the user that the call is being connected to an agent. The sound stops immediately once an agent accepts the call and the conversation begins.
The ringing sound may play while the application is in the background so that the user is aware that the call is still in progress and waiting to be answered by an agent. For this reason, the "audio" background mode is declared in the Info.plist.
