• Introduced a full screen call feature for door opening, along with a call disconnect notification. • Restricted user login to one device at a time for improved security. • Implemented a secondary server fallback to ensure uninterrupted service if the primary server goes down. • Added a new field “Receive Admin Device Call” in the Add New Role section. • Added a new field “Admin Call Receiver” in the Add New Device section. • Enhanced User Management analytics, providing better insights into residents by role, app usage, platform, and unit car ownership. • Added analytics charts in the Key Collection screen to give a clearer breakdown of unit key collection status. • Improved the inspection and handover process by disabling ticket editing after signing to prevent accidental changes. • Added support for account deletion requests in User Management. • Added an alert for overdue defects on the Defects screen, which displays a popup message when there are defects pending for more than 21 days, enabling managing agents to take timely action.
