I bet on their highlighted “special offers” too much and got limited to max bet now of $0.50 on those special offers. Such a joke of a company to treat a relatively low limit player that way, when I’m literally betting on what you tell me to bet on via your special offers— but apparently those special offers are only for certain people SMH. Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other sports betting apps that treat their players better!

I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. I checked my bets and it placed 4 of the same $10 parlay bets. I contacted support to see if I could could the $30 back from the 3 bets I did not place. Briana from support said it could not be refunded or credited back to me. It’s a little upsetting that I didn’t get anything back especially since this was my first time using it. Hopefully they fix the app soon because there are a lot of things that would not show up for long periods of time such as the odds next to bets. I would make a parlay in SGP and it would take up to 10 minutes before it showed what the final odds were in the bet slip. So far this is the first time I have run into this with a sportbook.

I was an avid user of this app for quite some time. Wagered upwards of $30k here alone (and still came out on top somehow 😉). I felt the odds USED TO BE solid and I liked how my bets contributed towards my club jack rewards (1 point per $2 wagered on straights and 1 point per $1 wagered on parlays). I also think the look/feel is impressive for a smaller book, and the process of depositing/withdrawing is very easy. Then they got greedy.Something to keep in mind is that betjack outsources basically their entire platform from Kambi (the same third party provider that other apps like betrivers, Betparx, Bally bet, etc use). This includes layout, betting markets, and even the odds you are offered in these markets. As a result, all apps powered by Kambi should have identical odds, so for the user it’s mostly about which interface you like the most or which app is easiest to deposit/withdraw with. At least it should be.I’m not sure exactly when they started doing this, but I noticed a few days ago that the odds were a lot worse than they usually are. Turns out, all other Kambi clients still have the same fair odds… except for betjack, who recently decided to juice the prices on BOTH sides of their lines. I have absolutely no idea why they think this was a good idea. Maybe they were hoping people did not notice, but I did. The only exception I’ve observed is the NFL, where odds are still market priced. All other major sports require you to pay the betjack fee of getting your lines at -115 instead of -110 at another Kambi book.If you are using this app, just know you are getting ripped off. The club jack points are not worth losing 5% of your winnings. Until betjack fixes this, please use an app that gives you fair odds instead.
