臨床用評価支援アプリケーション「CAST-Q」は、今までは主に紙で使用されてきた医療・介護領域の質問紙・評価票（Questionnaire）をデジタル化し、iPad用アプリにしたものです。
アプリとしてデジタル化することで、運用を効率化し、さらに、視覚障がいの有無に関わらず誰にでも使いやすくすること（ユニバーサルデザイン）をめざして開発されました。
現在、VAS（視覚的アナログスケール）、NDI（ネックディスアビリティインデックス）、RDQ（ローランド・モリス質問票）、BI（バーセルインデックス）、FIM（機能的自立度評価法）、HIT-6（ヒットシックス）、CSQ-8J（患者満足度質問票）、NRS（数値的評価スケール）、PCS（痛みの破局的思考尺度）がどなたでも利用可能です。
日本理療科教員連盟ICMプロジェクト専用機能の利用にはパスワードが必要になります。
