Warning : do not spend any money to subscribe in anyway .This is the first time I’ve used this app. I bought a weekly subscription.I read five stories in the area of 80 pages to 130 pages. Two of the stories said that they were completed, and they were in fact completed. Three of the stories said completed, and they were not even near being complete. They left you hanging right in the middle. And there is nothing you could do. Very, very disappointing.

After reading a sample of a book, I downloaded the app and subscribed to finish it. But the story fizzled out for me so I decided to not go forth with my subscription and cancel it. I followed the instructions on how to cancel my subscription and in my apple subscriptions, the app was not found to cancel? I then try other ways like going to the company site, through my Google play, and so forth. I even emailed customer support twice with no answer. This has been a nightmare to say the least. I’m hoping to get this resolved before I get charged again? Please save yourself the trouble because I’m thinking this is a scam to rip people off? Now I have to contact my bank to put a stop to these transactions, if there was an option for no stars I’d have chosen that one.
Won’t give the year’s subscription

I paid for a year’s subscription, which very clearly said gives access to all books. The year subscription was a good chunk of money. I went to read and it won’t allow me to read past the first few chapters of any of the books. It keeps asking me to pay for a year subscription that I already paid for! I contacted customer service. The first response I got had nothing to do with my issue. It was stupid, and I let them know it was stupid and told them I want my subscription that I paid for. Someone else finally got to me and asked me for my member ID, and I gave that to them, and they haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been a while. Apple needs to stop hosting apps that take people’s money and don’t deliver. I’m ticked!

I read from them a lot and work hard to try and get my money’s worth from their super shot stories. Them making it so I can read parts for free with adds is a god send and I’m happy they finally did this so I don’t have to pay to read the one story I’m interested in then read basically the repeats of the same story with different names every where
