Bugs fixes

Bug fixes

1) Added metadata check when user is taking photos with the app and metadata information visibility. Metadata is required by Department of Transportation when a Registered Importer submits Conformity package. To ensure successful submissions the app will require pictures to have metadata when they are taken or uploaded via the app. 2) Updated vehicle details information regarding speedo conversion so that it's more aligned with the information added on platform.
