And any contact can be given a fixed default category that always takes precedence. Re-run recognition: Two new commands apply recognition to your selected receipts – rebuild the searchable text layer, or re-read amounts, date, and vendor just like a fresh import. Automatic recovery for damaged libraries: A missing or damaged library info file is restored from its backup, or the app offers a repaired copy that opens normally again – optionally bringing back orphaned files as new documents. Quickly save a copy elsewhere: Hold the Option key in the document list to turn "Open PDF Document" and "Open Original" into "Save As" – so you can quickly store a copy in another location.
