* UPDATE- I received a response from Jooble basically using a bunch of words to tell me that I was right: the app is completely useless for me (and many others). It’s silly to me that a company would create an app - something that exists because of technology - that lacks the technology to keep up with even the most basic needs of it users. My suggestion would be to take the site & the app down until you can make it actually usable and stop disappointing people. I live in the USA, but I am looking for a job overseas. I downloaded the app and when it asked me which country I wanted to look for a job and I picked to Denmark. On the next page, everything was written in Danish. I don’t speak Danish. There is no help function on the app so I googled the problem. I found a post from jooble that said oh that’s easy no problem just go to the top of the page and switch language to English! Yeah, that sounds easy except that option doesn’t exist. In any language. It’s not there. So the app is completely useless for me.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Jooble’s mobile app automatically adapts to the language of the country selected for job search. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to manually change the language of job listings within the app. You may have come across an outdated or incorrect post, as our official Help Center explains it differently: https://help.jooble.org/en/support/solutions/articles/60001494404-how-do-i-change-the-language-and-country. We kindly suggest keeping Denmark as the country in the app but searching with English keywords (like “software engineer”, “project manager”, etc.). Please note that some postings will still be in Danish because we aggregate original listings, but most of them should be in English. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
