New - Alerts: tap the bell for everything waiting on you, in two tabs. Method holds your projects, tasks, agent requests, listings and mentions; Leads holds your lead activity and any unclaimed lead you can take. - Claim an unclaimed lead straight from its row under Leads, and land on the lead when it is yours. Improved - A mention leads with the person's first name and photo, and an agent request alert shows the agent it is for and the request's title. Fixed - Tapping a notification opens the lead, project, task or agent request it is about instead of an empty screen. - Recent Leads stays on screen when one lead's activity fails to load, and no longer shows "null" where a lead has no source.

New - Payments: team leaders can switch between their own payments and every payment from their team's closings, with the agent named on each row. Improved - Property cards on Home and in the results list are tighter, with the days on market beside the price. - Paid This Year now arrives with the list instead of being counted a page at a time. Fixed - A commission paid to an agent's own company now shows on that agent's Payments screen.

New - Favorites: tap the heart on any property to save it, and see everything you have saved from the heart beside the search bar. - Points: your monthly points and rank, every point you have earned this month, and the Leaderboard. Improved - The assistant opens with a plain hello instead of asking who the BBA is for. - Docs opens full-screen from the Menu, without the navigation bar over the list. - Project rows on the Projects screen are tighter. - Agent request tickets show the agent's photo again instead of their initials. Fixed - The knowledge base no longer closes when a post is unlisted, a draft, or a document rather than a video. - Changing a recruiting stage from your phone now saves.

Assistant - You can now flag a conversation for review when the assistant gets something wrong, so we can look into it. - The assistant recovers quietly from brief connection problems instead of showing an error. - New starter suggestions that match what the assistant can actually do. Notifications - Improvements to how notifications open the right screen.

Map improvements - Overlapping property markers now stack clearly instead of appearing cut off. - Sold and closed listings are shown in an inverted marker, so they are easy to tell apart from active listings at a glance. Notifications - Tapping a notification about lead activity now opens that lead. CMA - Comparable adjustments now include Condition and Location, so the adjustments you see add up to the total.

Documents • A new Docs section for the folders behind your offers and amendments. Create a folder from an MLS number or an address, and the property, the listing agent and the owner of record are filled in for you. • Fill in forms page by page, with your answers saved as you go. • Send forms for signature, and see every envelope sent from a folder without leaving it. Signing • Envelopes now show the signing order as numbered steps, so you can see who is waiting on whom. • People in the same role sign together rather than queueing behind each other. Homer • Homer asks for offer details a question at a time, and you answer them in one go rather than typing each one back. • When Homer needs your approval to send something, it asks on a card, and you choose whether it goes by email or by email and text. • Sign your own copy straight from the card once an offer is out. Fixes • Knowledge base videos play again. The player could show only the thumbnail with the audio, freeze the screen, or close the app. • A knowledge base video no longer keeps playing after the app is closed, and opening another post from under a video swaps it in rather than stacking a second player. • Claiming a lead now tells you what actually happened when it does not work, instead of always saying someone else got there first. • The Method menu no longer hides its last row behind the navigation bar, and a project opened from Home shows full-screen. Also in this release • Support Information on your profile shows your app, device and account details, with one tap to copy them. • The Terms of Service can be read in the app, and the changelog now carries the full release history.

Envelopes, and a new lead claim screen. Envelopes shows everything you have sent out for signature and what each one is waiting on. Open one to see every party, send a reminder to whoever has not signed, fix a name or email that was typed wrong, or download the signed PDF once it is finished. The lead claim screen has been rebuilt. It now leads with the price and the area so you can decide at a glance, claiming is one clear button, and there is a Not now if you would rather leave it. If another agent claims it first, the screen tells you plainly.

Fixes for notifications and sign-in. Push notifications now work. The app was not registering with Apple's notification service at all, so nothing could reach you; that is corrected. You will no longer be signed out when you reopen the app. The same fault behind the notification problem was also stopping the app from recognising you at launch. Signing in on one device no longer signs you out on another, so your phone and tablet can both stay logged in. Links to Method pages now open in the app instead of the browser.

Method v3. The app has been rebuilt. Leads, recruiting, listings and CMAs all move to the new platform, and the whole app is faster and clearer to read. Call and text a lead on your Method line, so they see the company number rather than your own. Edit a CMA's pricing by hand when you know something the comparables do not. Shake your phone to report a problem. The app attaches the screen you were on and what it had just loaded, so you only have to say what went wrong. Notes keep their formatting, lead stage can be changed from the lead itself, and lists no longer stop loading after a dropped connection.
