With the exception of having my debit card cut off twice now without any communication from the bank it’s okay. What I do strenuously object to is the powers that be deactivate my card when they see what they deem an unusual or suspicious activity but no one calls me me to ask if I made the transaction!!!!!!! This last time I was told that a transaction just over six dollars triggered the cut off of my debit card. FYI I worked at several banks when I was working and that’s something that FNB never did. It would take a sixty second call to verify if my card was stolen or being used with out my knowledge. Especially since the charge that triggered the problem was only for $6! Rule of thumb in banking is know your customers.

I have been with Gulf Coast Bank for over 50 years I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so very friendly and so very helpful. I think all of you for being there for not just me but a ton of other people. I would love to say a special thank you to Sierra who helped my son by being over the top helpful. We’ve been with them for a few years, and every single encounter w them has been exceptional despite our comparatively small-status among businesses they likely serve. This relationship is going to last forever.

I don’t like seeing my credit score go up and down due to my spending more in some months in comparison to others! In my opinion it’s used more so to my detriment than my benefit! I have had zero negative entries but my scores are still going up and down as though I had! I’m thinking that it is a racket!
