All apps should be signed off by UX. Not the marketing folks. It’s clear the marketing folks were in control here. Instead of focusing on fastest loading times, the email with the OTP was focused on being good looking, heavy graphics. Guys, customers want things that work fast more than they care about OTP emails that have clean graphics. I am about to delete this app because the experience was so terrible.

Latest app designer has some issues. It is making using log in manually……. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Who actually approved this “improved” release ??

Terrible App since there is no English Support in Thailand! Only the landing page is in English ( as an option ) but all the important stuff is only in Thai !!
