We’re excited to introduce a powerful update that enhances geofencing capabilities, boosts offline reliability, and improves overall task and time management. Geofencing Enhancements Geofencing is now fully integrated with both tickets and tasks: • Ticket creation is restricted to within designated geofence boundaries. • Timers automatically stop if a geofenced ticket is started or paused outside the defined zone. • Accessing a geofenced ticket from outside its boundary will immediately stop the timer. • Tasks within geofenced projects can only be activated when the user is physically within the approved area. Enhanced Timer Controls • Pause or stop ticket timers directly from the Activity screen for more efficient time tracking. Offline Sync Improvements • Notes, purposes, and instructions are now saved locally if offline. • A new Sync button on the Home screen lets you upload pending data once connectivity is restored. • The Sync button appears only when there is unsaved data and disappears after successful sync. Attachment Handling Upgrades • Failed uploads of attachments are now saved locally and retried when back online. • The Sync button displays the number of pending items to be uploaded.
