Responder Athlete Performance and Wellness is a complete stand-alone, self-service support system designed specifically to support first responders and their families with the unique demands our responders face. Custom content created by our clinical and first responder psychologists, performance coach, and registered dietitian, our feature sets offer education on holistic performance and wellness including assessments, information on treatment programs, crisis support contacts and tool-kits, leadership tools, health and wellness planning, and agency-specific support utilities to ensure holistic support. We recognize wellness extends beyond the uniform, so included are resources specific to supporting first responders’ families and loved ones. Access is completely anonymous; agency-wide sign-ons guarantee absolute anonymity when accessing all resources.
