I have been playing this game for eight months. I have spent a lot of money on this game with upgrades. I currently have money on my account for premium and other things and today my game decides not to open up when I try to use it. I removed the app from my phone to re-download it to get it open and now it does not have my login or my account and all of my money on my account is in limbo along with all of my upgrades and ships. If I don’t hear from someone within 24 hours about this game. I will erase and never use again and let others know to stay away!

This is a great game. I have only two complaints which really are superfluous: 1. The length of time it takes to watch your ship die before you can select a new one. It’s painful. 2. Even after I set the volume controls to 0, when I leave the game and come back it has volume despite the controls still being set to 0. But as soon as I alter the controls it works again. It’s just as though the game is getting the previous volume settings but not setting the actual volume to them. That being said though, great game. I love playing it.

Like one review that I have read has said you don’t need to spend to enjoy. I love the game because of how realistic it is and how much fun it is and I’m a young adult who likes to play realistic games to pass time or for fun. I love that game so much that if I really wanted to I could spend half a day playing. I love the wide range of ships to choose from to buy and add to your fleet and I have not been playing for super long only a few months going on to half a year. Thanks for such a great and fun game.

Good game but Devs need work

I’ve been playing this game for about a year now. Spent money on passes, gold, and premium. I synced my account with my Apple ID so when I got a new phone I figured I would be able to sign in and continue playing I was severely wrong. I downloaded it and tried to log back in via Apple ID and when I hit sync all it says is disable. Hitting sync does absolutely nothing and trying to hit forgot password via email doesn’t actually do anything, it’s like the button doesn’t even work. Great game if you want to play for a short time but if you get signed out for some reason just delete the game. Whatever you do, do not spend money on it even though that’s really the only way to progress.
