SSO automatic signed out after being idle for some time, has been resolved. Users will be greeted by their first name while logging in to the Dealer Services Portal (DSP) Mobile application as Welcome, [First name].

Payment Preview & applicable Promotion details are added in the review screen, push notifications to show the version update. EI & VIMS Transmitter subscription is now possible even for the DAT Declined customers.Telematics subscriptions for device types PL420, PL421, PL522 and PL523 will soon be retired, and users won't be able to subscribe assets for these 2G device types. Users will be notified with a banner in the Manage Plan sections of asset details.

The latest DSP Mobile updates will provide users with the ability to select a language preference. In addition to English, supported languages now include Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Spain), French (Standard), German (Standard), Indonesian, Italian (Standard), Japanese, and Norwegian. The Cat® Dealer Services Portal (DSP) Mobile has been improved to provide a better workflow when multiple commercial products need to be subscribed on a single asset. Defect fixes and performance improvements have been made.

The Select Cancellation Reason screen now displays a relevant Payment Preview message for Dealer Service Portal (DSP) mobile users, while cancelling any asset subscription, Support New Device Type PLE602+PLCN1 and PLE702+PLCN1 for SMH Update, defect fixes, and performance improvement.

VIMS Transmitter, Equipment Insights and Marine Concierge Plus subscriptions will now be supported in DSP Mobile. Users viewing Asset Details will now see an asset icon image next to the asset’s serial number. China users and dealers will now have access to the DSP Mobile app defect fixes and performance improvement.

DSP Users will now be notified when a software update for a particular asset is available. A prompt will provide a link to take users to remoteservice.cat.com for specific download information. DSP Mobile users selecting an asset from a recently viewed/search on the home tab, or fleet view, and selecting Connection Check, will see the percentage (% ) displayed depicting the progress percentage in Connection Check. DSP Mobile users with Manage - All Plans access are now able to view pricing details for subscriptions. Dealers are now able to perform SMH Adjust on both subscribed and unsubscribed assets in DSP Mobile. Defect fixes and performance improvement.

Users will be informed of the price of their selected plans prior to their completing the subscription process. Numbers across the app will be displayed in the ###,###.## format, as applicable, defect fixes, and performance improvement.

Vision Link-generated QR codes are now supported in DSP Mobile. A software update banner will display on the asset details page whenever a selected asset is eligible for a software update. An alert will be displayed in DSP Mobile during any Make Code and/or Product ID change & defect fixes.
