I’m new to this 5th wheel product and so far it’s not looking great. The scooter is now permanently locked because I left it locked over night and now the app isn’t displaying any info about the scooter. The nickname was a random string of characters and there was a blank page under that with a message talking about no data. Thought maybe logging out/in again would solve it but nope, I’m unable to log in. Never got an error about incorrect credentials, it would just show loading forever then the loading widget would go away as if nothing happened. Uninstalled the app and tried again with the same results. Tried installing the app on a different phone and same thing. Maybe forgot password? Nope, same loading screen issue. What about creating a whole new account? Nope! Literally anything you try to do you get the exact same result. So now I’m stuck with an app that is useless and a scooter that won’t unlock without this stupid app. Thankfully this happened on only the third day of owning the scooter so I can just return it and delete this. The low ratings are very well deserved.

You are required to give your email and create a password so that they can email you back and verify your registration. That way you can get into the app and actually use it. The problem is they never send you a verification email. Maybe all they want is just your email, so they can sell it to a third party (or maybe the passwords you like to use).

Basically the creators of this app and their scooters don’t give a dam about their products anymore because not a single scooter can connect to this app at all doesn’t work don’t waist your time even if you contact them they just say make sure it’s the right app and that’s all they will not respond back because they know they don’t give a dam about this app or their product don’t buy their scooters

First, it won’t even let me login because all it just says is loading loading loading and after reading the other one star reviews this app is absolute garbage. The scooters are good, but this app is garbage if the creators doing this please fix the app.
