◆患者（利用者）基本情報共有
ユーザー同士は互いが持つ医療・介護情報を基本情報に入力・共有することが出来ます。病名や現病歴などの医療情報のみならず、介護保険情報・ADL・社会的背景などの介護情報入力画面も作成することで医療から介護にまたがる幅広い連携を図ります。
◆カレンダー
医療・介護事業所ユーザーが各自の予定を入力、また診療・介護内容を入力することで、これまでお互いに見えなかった介入の様子を「見える化」します。
◆在宅物品管理
在宅訪問診療・訪問看護ステーション間で煩雑になっていた点滴などの在宅物品問題を、カレンダー内の物品持ち込み入力・物品実施入力機能を用いて解消することが出来ます。
◆チャット（トーク）
ユーザー同士は患者掲示板上で複数あるいは個人間でメッセージのやり取りをすることで、重要な情報を共有することが出来ます。
◆完全招待制によるセキュリティーの担保
患者情報へは実際に医療・介護に関わるスタッフしかアクセス出来ないよう、完全招待制としています。自身が担当患者（利用者）画面を作成するか、同じ患者（利用者）を担当する他ユーザーから招待を受けることで、患者（利用者）情報にアクセスすることが初めて可能になります。
