I really love this game.... I play all day everyday... But there are some things I wish wasn't a thing like when we go to the supplier and I pay for a day of supplies why do I have to wait a whole hour for him to be ready again... That means I'm not really getting my moneys worth he's sleep more than I'm able to get stuff especially if I only have 24 hours.. It's not fair I'm buying coins to get 24 hours or even 5 days and he's sleep for a whole hour every time I want something... I'm not saying he shouldn't rest after searches but a whole hour is excessive especially if you're not pausing the time I spent gems for..... also it seems like all the customers only goes to one cashier even tho their is about 3 or 4 cashiers please can you make an update so they can spread out so I can get them out the store faster... also it would be nice if we could get more customers to get rid of the groceries in the supermarket a little bit quicker so we could get rid of the stuff in the storage quicker as well... Please and Thank you!

So to start off, I really love this game. The fact that it’s a market and a farm is really neat. Some of the wait times for the factories (even with the upgrades) are kind of ridiculous though. Especially with how often we need items like cheese, sugar, and candy. It seems impossible to keep up with the demand for everything we’re making. It seems like it would be really helpful if each factory had a second line like in the market for the shelves. This would really move the game along. Especially when filling online orders and orders for the airport. Second, I’ve noticed a bug recently within the market. For instance, I had two orders requiring filled pasta. 2 Filled pastas happened to be for sale by the supplier. To build my stock that was in the pasta factory I decided to purchase the pasta to help fulfill my customers orders faster. I put both filled pastas in the grocery section and my priority customer selected her pasta and both disappeared leaving my other customer unfulfilled. I’ve noticed this happening with corn, carrots, and butter too. For now I’ll be filling time consuming products one by one on the shelves. I hope the bug is fixed soon!

I really like this game because it’s a farming game in a way but it’s also completing different orders. One of the features of this game is when you are loading the truck or making more items, when you run out you are immediately asked to complete it with the ticket or with diamonds. We then have to go searching for what building makes what items. I wish there was a button that selected produce or make and it would show or go into what building that item is from so we are able to make it right away. Sometimes the loading screen is glitchy but from launch it had gotten a lot better! I wish there was more games like this out there. Maybe this style as a restaurant style. I’ve been a fan of these developers for a long time and I love the care they take into their games, as well as how quickly they patch up earlier games and current games it’s impressive. Thank you for taking time to fixing the games. I always download any games that they come out with right away. They have unique themes that I look forward to.

This isn’t a bad game. It’s quite good actually. The graphics are nice for the type of game it is and the game play isn’t bad. It does have a Township vibe to it where you need this item to make that item but it isn’t as overwhelming. My beef with the game (hence the one-star) is it is terrible if you try to play with more than one device. The sync is absolutely horrible! Just today, I had made quite a bit of progress on the Supermarket Fever event. I had just gotten to where I collected 15 gold nuggets and was working towards the next prize (a potion from the Laboratory). I had collected my farm plots that I earned from leveling up and purchased the Fish Factory for it to build. I exited the game and force-closed it on my phone, just to prevent what happened next. I opened the game on my iPad, purchased a cheap pack of gems and I’ll be doggone if my farm plots were gone, my Fish Factory was gone (like I never purchased it), and my Supermarket Fever progress was knocked back to 113 (the gold nuggets you get at 156). In addition to that, the plane I sent out was back, needing the EXACT same cargo that I had already loaded and sent out; customers that I had dismissed were back and everything I planted was gone! That was very aggravating, to say the least. Such issues are totally unacceptable. I’ll see if support helps out but this is just a warning to anyone who wishes to play this game: stay on only ONE device if you play on an iOS platform. I deleted it from my iPad but even then, the sync issues remain if I don’t force-close the app on my phone. Please be careful if you play on more than one device. I frankly don’t recommend it!
