Equito is the first mobile app that allows anyone to invest in fractions of Real Estate properties for 100€. Buy tokens, receive monthly rents on the app. We enable users over the age of 18 to invest from anywhere in the world, giving access to rental investment opportunities and receive monthly rents. Our mission is to democratise access to real estate investment opportunities for everyone. It takes only 4 steps to invest in Equito tokens: 1. Download Equito App on iOS 2. Complete your identity verification (it should take 1 minute) 3. Choose the property you want to invest in 4. Complete your investment by credit card or bank transfer Since the first month the property you invested in is rented, we distribute rents directly on the app. You are free to cash-out your rents whenever you wish, starting from 2€. You can expect 2 types of returns: - Rents: Expected return between 4% and 10% per year - Added value: Expected return of 1% to 5% per year Be aware that several criteria can affect up or down the profitability as leverage, renovations and the real-estate market trend. We analyze and choose properties depending on the estimated profitability that we can get. Some of the criteria we analyze are: attractivity of the area, rent potential, technical installations of the property, yearly taxes, potential value increase, renovation needs in the next years. Si vas a invertir , no seas el primero del pool, sino vas a tener tu plata parada hasta que se llene sin ningún retorno. Te avisa cuando le falta 10% y ahí te podes sumar, es lo mismo. NO podes vender lo invertido cuando vos quieras. Ten cuidado lo que invertís porque por el momento no lo podes sacar. NO podes vender tus tokens, dependes de ellos o de qué venda propiedad. No recomiendo ya que estás atado a sus decisiones.

Entendemos tus puntos y queremos aclarar algunos aspectos:En Equito, las inversiones empiezan a generar rentabilidad una vez que la propiedad se adquiere y se pone en alquiler. Si inviertes al inicio del proceso, es cierto que debes esperar a que se complete el financiamiento, pero siempre mostramos claramente el estado de cada proyecto y el tiempo estimado.Respecto a la venta de tokens, contamos con un mercado de recompra activo, donde los usuarios pueden vender sus participaciones. Estamos trabajando para ampliar esta funcionalidad y ofrecer aún más flexibilidad a los inversores.Sabemos que se trata de una inversión a medio/largo plazo, y por eso buscamos mantener la máxima transparencia en todo momento. Agradecemos tus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando.

It’s a fraud once you put money in say bye to it, you will never see it again and customers service is trash they don’t even respond and if they do respond it will take u weeks because they respond once every 2 days and that is if they do respond.!; Buy something to eat with those 100$ or invest in buying books, because this is not investment this is a “scam”.
