Foodi in general is a great app. I used to use this app all the time because of its discount coupons and etc,the service over all is great but there is one flaw which is,there no cancellation button for orders.I once accidentally put the wrong address and immediately wanted to cancel it,but there wasn’t any cancellation button. Therefore I had to contact the delivery man,the help center,the management team just to cancel a single order which was really frustrating I hope the management team of Foodi takes this matter into consideration and installs a cancellation button.

The app is a mess. Yes, there are lucrative discounts occasionally, but they overcharge for delivery, which basically cancels out the savings. The delivery service is even worse — orders sometimes arrive more than an hour late, and customers are left wondering whether their order has been cancelled because the support system is usually down.The estimated delivery time is completely unreliable and keeps changing without proper updates or notifications. Customers are left waiting endlessly for calls from the delivery agent.They even disabled my cash-on-delivery option because they couldn’t reach me for five minutes. I had already been waiting over an hour for the order and finally stepped away from my phone briefly. That was the exact moment they called, cancelled my order, and disabled COD — even though their own app showed the delivery was still nearly an hour away.The occasional discounts are the app’s only saving grace. Otherwise, the service is genuinely poor.

I like FOODI because of their offers, even though there interface is very chaotic with offers and buttons jumping out at you making the whole use confusing, I still came back for the offers. However, the overall experience is not as smooth and I find myself stuck and lost within the app sometimes. BUT BIGGEST FLAW IS THE WAY OF NO CANCELLATIONS OF AN ORDER!! I ordered a meal once at the wrong address and after realizing immediately I wanted to cancel my order. To my surprise I find there is NO CANCEL BUTTONS OR OPTIONS. After going to their help page I was found that I HAVE TI CONTACT HELP CENTRE AND ASK THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER. Obviously this process was far from being smooth and convenient and I found myself being on hold for a long time as I saw my order being prepared for the wrong location. The help centre people were punctual and politely solved my mistake when they got ahold of me so good service from them. BUT FOODI MISSED OUT ON A VERY IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY FEATURE IN THEIR APP AND I HOPE THEY FIX IT.

So they mess up my very first order (sure that’s a mistake from the side of the restaurant) but their response was regarding whether I consumed my wrong order or not because I did not then apparently they’d make me wait another 30-40 minutes to “exchange” it for the right order. And since I did consume it (because it was my lunch and dinner and I was hungry) they wanted to give me a 50 taka voucher for a 425 taka order they messed up. For reference I ordered beef cheese blast and they gave me chicken (it was written on the receipt too btw so the rider could have checked it). I took a bite and then understood that it was chicken. So all I want to know is, what would anyone have done with that chicken burger I took a bite of? Why couldn’t they send me the right order again or even asked if I wanted that or even reimbursed me for that specific item at least? What would my chicken burger have given them?
