The AI writer works fine, it useful when you’re stuck or having a hard time getting started with content. However, the video or visual content is essentially impossible to figure it. It’s not user friendly, doesn’t have any relevant instruction (for the app specifically), and crashes constantly. If you have ever used a video editor or content creation app, you’ll see quickly that this one is a a mess. Shame because automation would be really great if it actually worked. I’ll likely use my initially purchased credits and not renew.

I usually never leave reviews but I had to when I purchased the subscription which was $15 and I didn't get any of it! And its not on a problem on my end because its literally in my settings that I have an active subscription for this app but when I go on the app it doesn’t let me use any of the features and still asks me if I wanna “upgrade” more like DOWNGRADE because now Im down $15. Even better that I read the refund policy and they don't offer refunds, it says “cancel or pause if your not satisfied” hey maybe I would be satisfied if I got ANYTHING. I had high hopes because I've seen what this app can do and wanted to use it but instead got scammed.

It was good in the beginning but now it’s not working and I can’t use any of the other features

1. Subscription for monthly “full access” is not full access. After activating a monthly subscription when you try to add assets, it takes you to the annual pass subscription page. 2. Search fields in support pages don't work at all. Your only option is to manually sift through topics and articles, one by one, in the hopes of finding support for your issue. 3. They now have your money and you have an unusable app.
