Convert your calendar into a work hours table and save it for your records with ICSviewer Pro
ICSviewer Pro is a utility to parse a calendar file (.ics) into a table-formatted data grid, while calculating the hours you worked.
You can then archive the output via copy/paste, export to .csv or a database.
Export a calendar and then drag the .ics file onto the gird to have it imported.
ICSviewer Pro can parse recurring and detached events. A detached event is an event from a recurring event that has been individually changed.
Choose a date range to show what you want to archive. A default date range can be set in the Settings.
You can sort on columns, renumber rows and delete lines you don't want.
ICSviewer Pro can export the calendar data via:
- copy/paste : click in the grid, Command-A to select all, Command-C to copy.
- into a CSV : click 'Export to CSV...'. You can set the column-separator in the Settings.
- into a MySQL database table, over an SSH connection if needed. You can map fields to columns in the Settings.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Improved: 'Test'-button now only appears when a SQL 'SELECT'-query has been properly detected.
- Fixed: Select multiple rows, instead of just one, to remove from the list.
- Fixed: Export to MySQL without custom queries has been improved.
You can now enter more than one literal in the 'Static Data or MySQL query'-fields that will then populate the menus.
Enter each key value on a new line, and append an optional description separated by ' - ', like for example:
CUSTOMER1 - My beloved customer
CUSTOMER2 - My very good customer
... etc.
The same applies for the second and third item, although with static data you cannot relate static data to static data in the previous items.
The rules for %F1 and %F2 remain in effect when using SQL-queries.
