I bought a 3 day unlimited travel pass but it doesn’t work for the airport train. Waste of time.
Search function doesn’t work, making app mostly useless

Even with location settings enabled, you can’t properly search for stores that participate in the program because it cannot actually sort by distance. This is notwithstanding the fact that there is no map function that tells you where the participating stores are — this should have been a very obvious need. Unbelievably disappointing product for something that is supposed to promote the city, but typically incompetence probably overseen by a parachute boss.
