MB3是給使用M7圖書館自動化系統的讀者們，欲使用行動服務的專屬APP，由於MB2不再進行更新及維護，改由MB3接替，MB2預計將於2022年底下架。
2022全新升級改版MB3行動圖書館系統，修正舊版使用者反饋問題，提供了：
1.基本圖書館服務，如：館藏查詢服務、圖書推薦、場地/設備預約、自助快借、電子借閱證…等。
2.圖書分類查詢服務，如：新書通報、特色館藏、指定參考書…等。
