The Devourer is always hungry and it’s your job to feed it in this idle merge game mashup. Play as the NecroMerger and use dark magic to summon an array of creatures (skeletons, zombies, demons, banshees… the list goes on). Merge them from piddly little grunts into massive (and tasty) brutes, before feeding them to your ever hungry pet.
As you grow your Devourer you’ll attract the attention of merchants, champions and even rivals. Some can be useful, others must be fought… or fed to your insatiable pet. The bigger the Devourer grows the more your lair will expand and you’ll unlock powerful abilities and spells.
Complete tasks to unlock new stations and equipment… graves, altars, fridges and even a bathtub to hold excess slime. New stations will let you summon new, stronger (and even more tasty) creatures. Manage your lair and your underlings to maximize your resource generation.
NecroMerger is a whole new type of game, which combines merge and idle mechanics with resource management to create something truly unique.

One of the best free games the App Store has to offer

Absolutely excellent! I’ve been playing this for a while now, this game is free to play through and through. The gameplay loop and progression is incredibly satisfying, the grind is super fun even into the late game. The art is exemplary, the sound design is great, the humor sprinkled throughout is actually funny and is such a great cherry on top. I feel like I can progress a lot by just playing for a short check-in a day. The biggest pull for me was the voluntary adds, they would actually give tangible rewards for wasting your time. After playing for about a year, I bought the add free version for a very affordable price, and it felt more like a huge upgrade to the game vs just unlocking being able to play the full game like most other apps. The pacing is very good. (Small spoiler) there is a reset/new game plus where you can increase your level to unlock more, but it always feels fresh to play the early game again. The events are an enjoyable challenge and all beatable without paying money. I always seem to be drawn back to this game after any break I’ve taken from playing. It is entirely worth it, and a quick and easy game to pick up and play whenever during the day. The lack of paywalls and the voluntary adds elevates it above all others of its kind, offering satisfying long-term gameplay, well deserving of 5 stars.
The only game I don’t get bored of!

When I downloaded this game, I expected my interest to only last a month or two at the most. The majority of games I download end up losing my interest relatively quickly, but this game just keeps me coming back! Since downloading the game many months ago, I’ve opened it nearly every day. The art is fantastic as it is very stylized and polished, it is apparent the amount of love that was put into this game by the amount of little details you come across while playing. As I progressed in the game, I was continuously surprised by the amount of content that is available completely free. There are no gameplay elements locked behind a paywall, and the ads are non existent except for unlocked small bonuses here and there. The only paid content in this game is optional, and is simply a way to progress faster or unlock themes and costumes. The gameplay is simple, yet satisfying. The many different minions along with the journal to keep track of unlocked minions keeps me coming back for more, I love discovering each new creature, the variety seems endless and filling out your minion “Pokédex” is always enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic game. I thank the developers for bringing a fresh new take on the merge genre of mobile games onto the table, and for making it as polished and ad-free as it is.
Fantastically Designed

I’ll get straight to the point so you don’t have to waste your time reading a long review: this game is unlike any other idle gamer or merger game I have ever played. There is NEVER a paywall preventing progress towards the endgame, all “premium” currency is acquirable in F2P at a reasonable pace (with barely any of it needing to be spent to progress), and every single ad in the game is completely optional. The gameplay itself is phenomenal; I love the unique graphics and engaging content. Everything you do feels meaningful and the events are fun and not really time-limited P2W events. There are some annual events, but these are largely F2P and come around next year if you don’t get all the rewards. There’s also playable minigames that refresh every week so that you have as many chances as you need to win their rewards. I’ve never felt pressured for time-limited options or pushed back by a paywall preventing progress here, and anyone that says otherwise either (1) doesn’t full understand the game, or (2) is just straight up lying. 10/10 game, super fun, well-designed, and listens to community feedback! Go grumpy rhino‼️
Fun For A While

I’m still playing this, but it’s mostly out of habit at this point. Even with the Time Machine feature, it becomes more of a chore in later stages of gameplay. It’s a very long grind and a slog to keep rebuilding over and over. There’s no way to advance enough to make it fun again without spending quite a lot of real cash on it, and I don’t waste money on mobile games if I can help it. I liked it enough to buy permanent ad skip and that was worth it, I’m not going to regularly spend money, though. One “feature” that’s exceptionally annoying is that the cravings system will ask for minions of a higher level than you’re able to get quickly, and there is zero way to avoid this, so you’re stuck with no cravings bonuses until you can get the next station/level required. This happens every playthrough and the Dietician is useless because that’s also gate kept by level (makes her pretty pointless in early game/rebuilding after a Time Machine use, when you need all the help you can get). All in all, pretty fun for a while, but unless you’re willing to spend real money, don’t expect later gameplay to be very entertaining. It’s like that for all mobile games, so it isn’t surprising. If you don’t mind a time sink and later endless slow grinding, it’s okay.
+ Decorations now give twice as many runes.
+ Added new starting rune hacks to the Hacker.
+ Events now cool down in a week instead of 10 days.
+ New limited time egg skin.
+ Some new stuff for lvl 100+ including new station, new feat, new minion and other changes.
