Critical bug fixes & improvements

Fixed an issue where, after updating the app, some critical alerts were delivered with sound even if silent mode was selected.

Fixed the error when sound is played incorrectly when it is disabled in the notification settings.

We’ve improved the notification system! Notifications should now arrive faster. We’ve also added new sounds for alerts, as well as a new notification type.

- We added the ability to mute/change the sound volume for individual notification types. For example, you can turn off the sound in case of air alert and shelling, but leave it on in case of missile danger alerts; - Added a feedback form; - Added a "What's new" section. Fixes that improve the app's performance.

We are slowly preparing for large-scale updates to eAlerts, but for now: - We added a new sound to the client for the "Missile Danger" notification to replace the regular alarm sound that currently sounds when there is a missile danger; - To keep our project alive and developing, we have added a new type of advertising to the client. This advert will not affect the ability to receive notifications, but will allow us to improve eAlert and maintain the monitoring and development team; - Other fixes that improve the app's performance.

We are getting back to work on the app. Expect some nice updates coming soon that will give you more flexibility in how you receive notifications.
