Needs some fixes, like turning off flash every time you pause a video is inconvenient, having to restart the app every time you lock your phone and or switch app just have the app run in the background so I don’t have to search the same RO every time I need to shoot a couple videos that are not done at the same time.

Lots of improvements sure. I could do a lot of things that were patched out of the old app like zoom while recording or lock my phone so I don’t have to keep it open screen on while recording. Now after most recent update with only “UI improvements” I’ve lost multiple video inspections this week due to locking my phone and it just scrubs everything and closes the app. When re opening phone instead of resuming video I’m at Home Screen with app closed. Think oops maybe I tabbed out, reopen enterprise and it’s opening fresh and my video is wiped. So frustrating at a huge time sink at work. No I burned through my battery all day today making videos and keeping my phone and screen open until video is over at end of service just because this app has features then suddenly scrubs them away with updates. Just as it did on the old app.’

I’m a Diagnostic Specialist and shop foreman at a Lexus dealer. This app overall is great. My only recommendation would be to allow the technicians to have the option WITHIN the app to send direct to customers (for example if the car needs no additional service) OR send to the advisor (if the car requires additional repairs). Currently there is only the option to send ALL videos straight to customers or to advisors - no option within the app. This crucial step would save the advisors and customers time. Otherwise, good work!

This app has many flaws to it. Constantly having loading issues, closes by itself, and slow. The one thing I don’t like is how after you hit the complete button. There is no way to go back. Sometimes you may hit it by accident. Editing of videos is limited. This has a big effect on my job especially when we are reviewed on our videos and try to hit our goal numbers within the company.
