App review, headphones are amazing

An app review should review the app. The headphones are incredible. But the app only connects to the headphones right after a download. I’ve done several. I’ll be listening to music and it will tell me to pair the headphones - they are paired. I can hear that they are. But, according to the app, I can’t connect to them. Related is that the long hold to change from ANC to normal to ambient sound only works right after I’ve re-downloaded the software. Same with different taps on L and R. After the first download, I can’t change that setting. So the app and its connectivity are a problem for me, but the headphones are amazing. Perhaps the app could be fixed?

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend that you delete the Bluetooth headset connection record on your phone and reset the headset. Leave the headset in the box for 10 seconds before taking it out of the box and connecting it to the APP. If the problem is not solved, please provide a video and contact our customer service. The headphones are good, I really like them. The app is just fine, it has a lot of nice features, but, widgets would make everything a lot nicer. Being able to check battery percentage on each earbud, plus the case, or being able to use something like the find earbuds feature through widgets would be convenient.

Great app, just 1 option missing

The app is great and has basically everything I need, but it would be nice if there was an option to keep game mode turned ON instead of resetting, because I connect my earbuds to the tv and need the lowest latency possible for watching content and playing video games. I would really appreciate if you guys included this option. Thank you!

The headphones themselves sound good for the price, but access to key features requires agreeing to a privacy policy that is far more invasive than seems reasonable for a basic audio device.The companion app collects extensive device, usage, and tracking data, shares information with third parties (including for advertising), does not clearly disclose where data is stored geographically, and places responsibility for third-party privacy practices entirely on the user. Opting out significantly limits functionality.For some users this may be acceptable, but for those who value data minimization and informed consent, this is an important consideration before purchasing.I hope future versions move toward feature-complete hardware with optional, privacy-respecting software.
