Added an occasional prompt to rate our mobile app

Based on a great suggestion from a user, this update adds a calendar-based datepicker for selecting custom date ranges. This makes it much easier to select the custom date ranges you want.

This update fixes a bug that prevented sales notifications from working properly if you logged in to the app using your email address rather than your username. Now you’ll receive sales notifications whether you login with your username or email.

This update allows the app to remember which Campaigns Project you last accessed, and reflect changes to your Projects in real-time.
